Learn everything about legally required allergens and how to provide your guests with accurate allergen information. Study at your own pace and decide when to follow the training. In this video training, you’ll discover everything about allergens and how to easily set up an Allergen Management System! 

 

Become an allergen expert with our online training!

The Allergen Video Training is in Dutch with English subtitles and consists of 57 video lessons (total duration +/- 4-6 hours) that you can watch at your own time and pace – as often as you like. Once your registration and payment are processed, you will receive immediate access to start the Allergen Video Training. Additionally, you’ll receive the Allergen Study Guide by post, containing all background information for easy reference. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions via the online chat module. Throughout the training, you can take multiple knowledge tests to ensure you’ve fully understood the material. 

Including Allergen Certificate

When you have completed the entire video training, you will take the Allergen Test online. This test consists of 30 multiple-choice questions (A, B, C), and you need to answer at least 18 correctly to pass. The Allergen Test takes a maximum of 30 minutes. Once you pass, you will receive your Allergen Certificate by post!

Who is the Allergen Video Training for?

The training is designed for entrepreneurs, managers, chefs, and service staff in the hospitality industry, takeaway restaurants, catering businesses, and other organizations selling unpackaged products, such as delicatessens, bakeries, and butchers. It is also suitable for administrators, staff, and volunteers in other organizations where food and beverages are sold unpackaged, such as sports canteens, clubs, community centers, workplace cafeterias, or (care) institutions.

No prior education is required for this course.
